Yoga Basics: 4 Week Series

Learn yoga basics to enhance your current practice while understanding how to get the best out of your practice.  Each class will provide personalized instruction & hands on adjustments. 

The Series builds on the previous weeks. Learn to train your body & mind to RELAX, get strong & healthy! 

Class is 1 hour on Thursdays from 6-7 pm: 1/11/18, 1/18/18, 1/25/18 & 2/1/18. 

Week 1 (1/11/18) – Basic Yoga Poses with breath work (pranayama) 

Week 2 (1/18/18) – Core Stability with breath & yoga poses 

Week 3 (1/25/18) – Strength & Alignment 

Week 4 (2/1/18) – Mind, Body Connection with flowing poses 

Investment for the Series is $55.00.  Registration required through payment in full no later than 1/4/18.  Space is limited.  Once the series has begun, refunds will not be made.  Please pay below!
