Nourish is a monthly opportunity to allow yourself to be nourished through the Yoga Asanas, breathing techniques (Pranyam), Meditation, Self Study (Yamas, Niyamas, or Chakras), and consciously made organic, vegetarian, and locally sourced meals. We encourage this to be a time for you alone or to connect with family or friends. Mobile devices are to be turned off during the event, music will be soft, ease will be strong, and the focus of using this time to unwind will be forefront. For the Friday night sessions, reservations will be taken up until 6pm on Thursday, and up until 10am on Friday for the Saturday sessions. We will not be able to issue refunds after that 24 hr window due to the cost of creating the meals or hiring the instructor. Investment for each session is $30.00.
