Yogic Sleep ~ Guided Mediation
After a few gentle movements to release energy from the body you’ll settle into savasana (corpse) pose. While the body is relaxing on the mat, you’ll be guided through the different states of being... from wake state, to dream state, & into deep sleep state ... then equally guided back out. Yoga Nidra is considered the deepest form of meditation & is a powerful tool that can provide calmness & relaxation.
