Time and money are what rule many of our decisions from day to day. Our yoga practice often revolves around whether the class times offered work into our schedules and if they are in our budgets. My hope with these seasonal workshops is to set time aside for you to learn more about how seasons influence (and empower) our practice, and to give you tools to truly bring a daily yoga practice home for you. Yoga is Wonderful once a week in a studio with the community and guidance a structured class offers. What about when money and time are tight? When you want to do it more than once a week? What about when you just don’t have it in you to “people”?!

We will be offering a workshop with the change of every season to teach you about foods, movements, mindfulness practices, and breath work that can support you in taking yoga home with you. This workshop will begin at 10am with an hour class that has movements (asana) supportive of the season, offer a lunch with seasonal/local food, have time to learn about supportive ways to practice yoga in the Winter, help you to develop a Winter practice to take home, and end with meditation.

Investment is $200 via Venmo or Cash. Debit/credit payments will be $210.00. We will need 5 people minimum to hold the workshop. The last day to register is December 15th at 5pm-this will allow us time to buy supplies, tailor the workshop to those attending, etc.. Cancellations by the 15th at 5pm will be fully refunded. Cancellations between the 15th and 17th at 5pm will be 50% refunded. Cancellations after the 17th at 5pm will not receive a refund. Please do not wear strong smells to accommodate all attending.
