Wellness per the Oxford dictionary is, “The state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.” This is the goal of my Coaching and the opportunities we create for you-to live intentionally.
In my presence, I strive to be a “safe” place for you to investigate, share, goal-set, win, re-route, and allow for a honest and intentional experience as a human being. We all have something in our lives (whether internally or externally) that we could focus a little extra energy on to move into the next level of our best self. It may be stopping procrastination on household chores, less screen time, improving our health physically, looking at organizing our time in a new order, or taking our relationships into richer realms. We often have good intentions, podcasts, books, timers, aps, and affirmations-yet somehow we fall short of the goals we hope to achieve. I firmly believe there is magic, a transformation that occurs once words/emotions pass through our lips and out into the air.
Our programs, rentals, activities will address wellness in every form we can get our hands on and our minds around-be it cooking, gardening, singing, writing, drawing, talking about addiction, listening to professionals share their wellness journeys, animals, journaling, doing physical movement, going on a field trip, trying ethnic or diet specific foods, addressing hot topics (racism, gender equality, homosexuality, agism, sexism, economic disparity), giving a creative their first place to share their project/workshop, and more.
